SKU: German Panzer IV (F2 Type) RC Medium Tank
Panzerkampfwagen IV (Pz.Kpfw. IV) is commonly referred to as the Panzer IV, was a German medium tank designed in the late 1930s and widely used during the World War II. Its test number is Sd.Kfz.161. Designed as an infantry support tank, the Panzer IV was originally intended not to engage in the enemy's armored divisions - a function performed by Panzer III. However, with the mistakes of pre-war doctrine becoming obvious and the fact that Nazi was facing the powerful Soviet T-34 tank, the Panzer IV soon assumed the role of the partner battle tank Panzer III, which is becoming increasingly out-of-date. Widely produced and deployed by Germany during World War II, the Panzer IV was used as the standard for many other militant vehicles.
