SKU: German Leopard 2 A6 RC Main Battle Tank
Leopard 2 was a main battle tank developed by Krauss-Maffei in the early 1970s for the West German army. The first tanks entered service in 1979 and successfully inheritted the previous one, Leopard 1. Different variants have served in the armed forces of Germany and 12 European countries, as well as several other countries. More than 3,480 Leopard 2 had been produced. Leopard 2 first participated in Kosovo's battle with the German army and also fought in Afghanistan front with Denmark and Canada for the International Security Assistance Force. There are two main development phases of this tank. From the initial versions until Leopard 2A4 faced turret armor, and a series of "enhancements", namely Leopard 2A5 and the laters. These had an arrow-shaped turret on the outside and Some other improvements. All models feature digital control systems with laser rangefinders, fully stabilized cannons and coaxial machine guns, and advanced night vision equipment and observation devices [first car using a low-light TV system (LLLTV), thermal image is later shown]. The tank is capable of attacking moving targets while moving on rough terrain.
